Notice
For group bookings, if the number of passengers is less than required for a Tempo, the trip will be arranged using an SUV. In such cases, passengers will be informed accordingly, and pricing will be adjusted based on the SUV rates.
Easy Cancellation
Payment & Booking Terms:
- 25% non-refundable payment is due upon booking confirmation; the balance is required 30 days before the tour.
- Tour confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of 25% of the total payment.
- Hotel confirmation is subject to availability; a similar type of accommodation will be provided if needed.
- We are not responsible for roadblocks, flight cancellations, or unforeseen situations.
- Child Policy:
- Below 5 years: No extra bed provided.
- Above 5 years: Extra bed charges will apply.
Cancellation Charges:
- 30 days before travel: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 15 to 30 days before travel: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 0 to 15 days before travel: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Refund & Other Policies:
- No refund after the tour has started or for unutilized services (meals, fees, optional tours, etc.).
- No refunds or claims for no-shows, short stays, or unused facilities.
- Full refund only in case of a complete lockdown due to COVID-19/Pandemic.
Additional Information:
- We value your hard-earned money. All our fixed departures are guaranteed.
- Even if the minimum group size is not met, we do not cancel our tours.
- A minimal extra amount may be required to use public transport or shared cabs for longer routes.
